About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Avanade. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of projects within our X Business Group and CX Practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the industry to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication of project goals and objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales Accounts to develop business with Industry Clients and work closely with Sitecore's and Frontend / Headless CMS solution architects to create and consolidate a shared delivery methodology.
  • Team Management: Oversee a team of project managers, coordinators, and other delivery staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in portfolio management, project management, or a related role within the Consumer goods, Resources, HP&S and services / Retail industry.
  • Skills: Proven experience managing large-scale system integration projects, proficiency in project management software and tools, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
