Lavoropiù SpA - Filiale di San Donà di Piave (VE) è alla ricerca di un/a Product Innovation Specialist per un'importante azienda operante nel settore del Luxury Retail.


Il candidato selezionato sarà inserito nel Team di Ricerca e Sviluppo, riportando direttamente al Manager R&D. Le principali responsabilità includeranno:

  • Progettazione e Sviluppo: Creazione e sviluppo di nuovi prodotti in linea con le specifiche fornite dalla Direzione Generale e dal team R&D, collaborando con i designer.
  • Documentazione Tecnica: Preparazione di tutta la documentazione necessaria relativa ai prodotti.
  • Collaborazione con Operations: Lavorare a stretto contatto con la Direzione Operations per stabilire alleanze industriali con fornitori che garantiscano elevate performance.
  • Supporto all'Industrializzazione: Assistenza ai partner durante il processo di industrializzazione, contribuendo all'identificazione e risoluzione di eventuali problematiche.

Il/la candidato/a avrà anche il compito di collaborare con l'Ufficio Acquisti e il Controllo Qualità per garantire il corretto avanzamento dei progetti, partecipando attivamente al processo di garanzia della qualità.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Materiali o Design del Prodotto Industriale.
  • Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo, preferibilmente in contesti del settore Retail.
  • Ottima padronanza dei sistemi informatici per lo sviluppo prodotto, in particolare CAD - Solidworks.
  • Precisione, capacità organizzativa e predisposizione al lavoro di squadra.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
