About the Role

The Sales Services Senior Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to B2B clients. This includes managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with logistics teams to optimize merchandise delivery and manage client expectations.
  2. Collaborate with credit and accounting teams to resolve customer payment issues.
  3. Manage incoming customer communications and resolve queries efficiently.
  4. Liaise with product and production departments for custom product requests from customers.
  5. Analyze customer needs to ensure satisfaction and build trust through open communication.
  6. Offer accurate solutions and provide timely updates on order status.
  7. Manage litigation cases and update the international price list accordingly.
  8. Conduct analysis and produce reports on sales activity.
  9. Oversee orders from receipt to shipment, ensuring seamless execution.
  10. Coordinate loading processes during sales campaigns.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of delivery processes and e-commerce platforms.
  • Customer-centric attitude and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
