We are seeking a Pricing Manager, Region South to help us drive profitability and competitiveness across Iberia and Italy. As a key member of our Pricing department, you will lead the development and execution of dynamic pricing strategies to optimize organizational growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and deploying regional pricing strategies to drive business growth and customer retention.
  • Implementing scalable pricing processes using data-driven insights and automation to streamline decision-making.
  • Monitoring and adjusting pricing structures to meet or exceed profitability goals, responding proactively to market changes.
  • Collaborating closely with Operations, Sales, and Procurement to ensure aligned pricing strategies.
  • Building, mentoring, and leading a geographically diverse pricing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring all pricing strategies comply with local laws and corporate policies, maintaining ethical standards and corporate integrity.
  • Overseeing the design and implementation of departmental objectives and metrics, including career development plans for team members.
  • Initiating and conducting training sessions, workshops, and presentations to promote best practices and innovations.
  • Managing budgets and resources to align with company objectives, optimizing both growth and productivity.
About the role:
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing regional pricing strategies, ideally within the transport or logistics sector.
  • Proven leadership in managing geographically dispersed teams.
  • At least five years in analytical roles such as Pricing Manager or Revenue Manager, with experience in tech, solutions consulting, or logistics.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL for advanced data analysis.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools like Looker is a plus.
  • Proficiency in understanding and applying forecasting models to predict market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable pricing frameworks and processes that enhance efficiency and adapt to market changes.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on optimizing pricing performance and managing budgets effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
