Haier Europe is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and innovation in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Communication Plan: Develop and execute a three-year marketing plan and annual marketing plan to drive business growth and profitability.
- Product Launches: Drive product launches and activation of marketing communication strategies to maximize sell-out and brand awareness.
- Brand Strategy: Develop and implement a brand strategy to position Haier as a leader in the home appliances market.
- Market and Competition Analysis: Identify emerging customer needs and trends, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Budget and Pricing: Support the business in defining budgets and pricing strategies to achieve medium- and long-term targets.
- Education: Degree in Economics or Marketing
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in product marketing, with a strong background in durable goods and international experience.
- Language: Fluent in English and Italian
- Skills: Influencing skills, understanding of organizational processes, people management, leadership, and exceptional communication skills.
