Client Relationship Manager

The Role:

The Client Relationship Manager is accountable for nurturing existing client relationships and portfolios, ensuring client retention while also pursuing new business opportunities. This position will oversee and enhance client and WTW partnerships, as well as manage and expand the portfolio within the designated business unit. Additionally, the role involves identifying and converting potential clients. The primary responsibility is to prioritize the interests of clients and uphold the integrity of the market in all business dealings.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily client support, addressing inquiries and requests from clients, insurers, and other stakeholders through various communication channels, including voice and email.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's business and risk management requirements, delivering ongoing service tailored to their needs.
  • Familiarize yourself with the client's global insurance strategy and implement it in alignment with their risk management philosophy.
  • Maintain accurate records in the client database.
  • Prepare market presentations and underwriting submissions as necessary.
  • Analyze and review quotations to ensure they align with client expectations and requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and modifications with insurers and present these to clients.
  • Complete necessary reports and summaries of insurance for all relevant parties.
  • Attend significant client and market meetings.
  • Collaborate with clients and insurers to resolve issues effectively.
  • Coordinate with other divisions or offices within WTW to access specialized expertise and provide local support as needed.
