About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Reckitt Benckiser Llc. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in influencing customer satisfaction and goodwill towards Reckitt brands.

Responsibilities
  • Manage key clients belonging to a dynamic sales channel, achieving P&L objectives and managing categories and client mix.
  • Provide customer quarterly sales forecast updated using sell-in/out analysis and trends.
  • Negotiate assortment and promotions within assigned customer perimeter.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories.
  • Build a strong relationship with customers to increase partnership.
Requirements
  • Degree in Economics.
  • Previous Sell-in experience (at least 2 years) in GDO/Retail sector.
  • P&L management.
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Complexity management.
