Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Reckitt. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key clients and influencing customer satisfaction and goodwill towards Reckitt brands.
About the Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will:
- Manage key clients and develop strategic plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Provide customer quarterly sales forecasts and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Negotiate assortment and promotion agreements with assigned customers.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability improvements.
- Build strong relationships with customers to increase partnership and drive business results.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Economics or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sell-in experience in the GDO/Retail sector.
- P&L management experience.
- Good knowledge of Italian and English.
- Negotiation and influencing skills.
- Complexity management skills.
