About the Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage key clients and develop strategic plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide customer quarterly sales forecasts and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Negotiate assortment and promotion agreements with assigned customers.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to increase partnership and drive business results.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Economics or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sell-in experience in the GDO/Retail sector.
  • P&L management experience.
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Complexity management skills.
