Key Account Manager: Adecco Italia

Adecco Italia spa, a leading logistics and commercial company, is seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and consolidating existing client relationships, and presenting and promoting the company's products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through active research of potential clients and strategic collaborations.
  • Manage and consolidate existing client relationships, ensuring constant assistance and anticipating client needs.
  • Promote the company's products and services in a clear and persuasive manner, providing technical advice when necessary.
  • Monitor the market and analyze trends to identify new growth opportunities and develop penetration strategies.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth communication and efficient management of client requests.
Requirements:
  • Experience as an agent.
  • Passion for sales and negotiation.
  • Ability to organize and plan work.
  • Propensity to work towards objectives.
  • Knowledge and use of main IT devices.
  • High school diploma (laurea is a plus).

Adecco offers a contract with indefinite duration or a mandate in P.iva. The position is located in Padova sud, and the working hours are full-time.
