Key Account Manager - Padova (PD)

As a Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing key clients belonging to a dynamic sales channel, influencing customer satisfaction and goodwill towards Reckitt brands.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve P&L objectives by managing categories and client mix, with a focus on Trade Investment levers.
  • Provide customer quarterly sales forecasts using sell-in/out analysis and trends.
  • Negotiate assortment and promotions within assigned customer perimeter.
  • Manage 'second-level' agreements with assigned customers.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability in category management.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to increase partnership.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Economics.
  • Previous Sell-in experience (at least 2 years) in GDO/Retail sector.
  • P&L management.
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Complexity management.
