Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Junior Key Account Manager in our Padova office.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and business opportunities.
- Manage key accounts activities, including annual negotiation phases and sales activities, to achieve business growth and profit objectives.
- Implement projects and initiatives to expand commercial market success and drive brands distribution within assigned customers.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Function to ensure the correct implementation of brands image within point of sales and work closely with the Marketing Department to enable a detailed plan to sustain sell-out and sell-in.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure orders collection and definition in accordance with centrally defined business policies, including credit management.
- Work closely with the Finance and Accounting Department to monitor financial risk and the invoicing process.
- Oversee periodical audits at points of sales of assigned key accounts to ensure compliance with ongoing commercial agreements and report any corrective measures necessary.
- Collect, analyze, and share information about market performances, new trends, and needs for different accounts, competitor activities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a plus for eyewear industry activity.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
- Combined experience of client management, business development, and marketing.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to analyze different sources of data to identify opportunities and come up with solutions and plans.
- Ability to work in a multi-functional matrix organization, with strong collaborative skills.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail, a structured mindset, intellectual integrity, and flexibility.
- Open to travel in different cultural environments.
- MS Office skills.
