Account Manager for Vascular Interventions

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in Central-East Italy, specifically in Marche or Abruzzo. As a key member of our Vascular team, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve commercial objectives in the designated geographical area.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and potential customers to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
  • Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory, with a focus on achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the operating room.
  • Establish business relationships with hospital management, purchasing departments, and hospital staff.
  • Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
  • Analyze and report market and business feedback to the Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.
Requirements
  • Health Sciences academic studies background.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, or background in vascular products or clinical support.
  • Experience supporting procedures in the operating room is valuable.
  • Based in either Marche or Abruzzo.
  • Experience in Vascular, Cardiovascular, or Peripheral Intervention products and procedures.
  • Local customers and market knowledge.
  • Experience preparing tenders and relationships with purchase centers and other hospital stakeholders.
  • Good level of English.
  • Motivation and positive attitude.
  • Availability for travel in the area of responsibility and nationally when necessary.
