About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to collaborate with our Vascular team and Regional Sales Manager in achieving commercial objectives for Central-East Italy. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and self-management skills, as well as a strong background in health sciences and medical device sales.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and selling techniques to effectively promote Boston Scientific solutions to customers.
- Visit customers and potential customers to promote products and services, achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory, working closely with the Manager to plan and develop the market for our existing and new products.
- Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the operating room.
- Establish business relationships with hospital management, purchasing departments, and hospital staff.
- Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
- Analyze and report market and business feedback to the Manager and others.
- Represent Boston Scientific values and integrity.
What We're Looking For:
- Health sciences academic studies background.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, or a background in vascular products or clinical support.
- Experience supporting procedures in the operating room is valuable.
- Based in either Marche or Abruzzo.
- Experience in vascular, cardiovascular, or peripheral intervention products and procedures.
- Local customers and market knowledge.
- Experience preparing tenders and relationships with purchase centers and other hospital stakeholders.
- Good level of English.
- Motivation and positive attitude.
- Availability for travel in the area of responsibility and nationally when necessary.
