Medical Sales Representative for Vascular Products

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to collaborate with our Vascular team and Regional Sales Manager in achieving commercial objectives for Central-East Italy. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and self-management skills, as well as a strong background in health sciences and medical device sales.
Responsibilities:
Develop working knowledge and selling techniques fundamentals.
Visit customers and potential customers to promote products and services, achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory, under close supervision and guidance of the Manager.
Follow instructions to plan and develop the market for existing and new products, optimizing available tools.
Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly in the operating room.
Establish business relationships with hospital management, purchasing department, and hospital staff.
Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote Boston Scientific products and services.
Analyze and report market and business feedback to the Manager and others.
Requirements:
Health sciences academic studies background.
At least 3-5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, or background in vascular products or clinical support.
Experience supporting procedures in the operating room will be valuable.
Good level in English.
Motivation and positive attitude.
Availability for travel in area of responsibility and nationally when necessary.
