Main Activities and Responsibilities
As an ICT Application Specialist Order to Cash at Coesia, you will be responsible for working closely with business referents to prioritize goals, needs, and implement efficient and cost-effective ICT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business requirements analysis for change requests, chartering, prioritization, and business case preparation, collaborating with Key Users and Coesia Global Business Analysts.
- System effectiveness and performance monitoring for assigned business processes, ensuring user support and proposing up-to-date solutions.
- Proximity user support, acting as an IT Business Partner.
- Support external Application Maintenance Partners in incidents/problems resolution, investigating outsourcer needs for troubleshooting.
- SAP SD Knowledge is recommended.
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle software solutions, focusing on Oracle Database 11g, Oracle SQL Developer, Oracle Form Builder, and Oracle Report Builder, with specific knowledge on Sales & Distribution Scenario.
Requirements
To accomplish these activities, you will cooperate with internal and external resources under the IT Global Business Analyst supervision, resolving incidents, implementing change requests, and leading small to mid-sized projects.
What You Need to Be Successful
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering and documented Oracle experience (if possible, with Oracle Certification).
- 4-7 years of experience in Order to Cash processes and IT systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with individuals of diverse skills and organizational levels.
- Good experience (3-5 years) in Oracle application development, with specific skills in Oracle Database 11g, Oracle SQL Developer, Oracle Form Builder, and Oracle Report Builder.
- Good knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL programming.
- Experience on SAP Sales & Distribution.
- Experience with Price List Management and Calculation.
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement complex software solutions.
