Job Description

We are looking for an Intern to join our Global Shop Logistic Support Team at our Global Headquarters in Milan. As an Internal Shop Logistic Support, you will:

  • Monitor EDI Purchase and Return flow performance to guarantee company sales and cashback flow
  • Manage and analyze EDI Business errors and drive ticket resolution to provide a high-quality service to our shops and customers
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure flowless communication and prompt problem solving
  • Monitor Supplier delivery and service performances to guarantee agreed lead times and service level to our network
  • Ensure quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met, building and monitoring reports

Requirements

You must hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a similar field. You should have advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, speak English fluently, and be willing to work with multicultural teams. You should also have good analytical skills and data analysis skills, flexibility, a positive and proactive approach, and the ability to question conventional wisdom.
