Global Shop Logistic Support Internship

Amplifon, a leading global company in hearing care solutions and services, is seeking an intern to join its Global Shop Logistic Support Team at its headquarters in Milan. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring EDI purchase and return flow performance to ensure seamless sales and cashback flow
  • Managing and analyzing EDI business errors to provide high-quality service to shops and customers
  • Collaborating with suppliers to ensure efficient communication and prompt problem-solving
  • Monitoring supplier delivery and service performances to guarantee agreed lead times and service levels
  • Ensuring quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met, building and monitoring reports

You will be a strong candidate if you:

  • Hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Have advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Speak English fluently and are comfortable working with multicultural teams
  • Have good analytical skills and data analysis skills
  • Are flexible, positive, and proactive, with the ability to question conventional wisdom
