Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Junior Consultant to join our dynamic team at Valuement, an international consulting company specializing in the retail market.

Position Overview: As a Junior Consultant, you will support the development of consulting projects, analyze market trends, and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage end-to-end consulting project activities, including project scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities within the retail fashion industry and participate in client pitches and proposal development.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique business needs.
  • Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the retail fashion market, including market trends, consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.

Profile Requirement:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields.
  • Positive approach and ability to work as a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is required. Additional languages are a plus.
