We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Account Strategist to join our Sales & Marketing Department at our headquarters in Brugine, Padova.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities within the HVAC industry.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of guidelines and processes for the strategic management of HVAC Key Accounts, leveraging local sales structures and providing guidance and support to subsidiaries.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of Group key account HVAC sales processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions in collaboration with the key account sales team.
  • Promote customer satisfaction by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in multinational companies.
  • Previous solid experience in sales, key account management, or relevant customer relationship management roles managing multinational Key Accounts.
  • Experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Very good English Proficiency level.
  • Availability to travel frequently (about 30% of time).
  • University Degree.

Estimated Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum
