Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager HVAC to join our S&M Dept. at CAREL HQs in Brugine (Padova). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the global key account sales team to develop and implement strategic account plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in multinational companies.
  • Previous solid experience in sales, key account management, or relevant customer relationship management roles managing multinational Key Accounts.
  • Experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Very good English Proficiency level.
  • Availability to travel frequently (about 30% of time).
  • University Degree.
