British American Tobacco Italia is seeking a talented and brilliant intern to join the Operations team based in Rome.

As a Supply Chain Operations Assistant, you will support the management of the Supply Chain budgets and various operations savings projects. You will also assist in planning to meet sales demand on-time and administer tasks related to Supply Chain.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the management of Supply Chain budgets and operations savings projects.
  • Assisting in planning to meet sales demand on-time and administering tasks related to Supply Chain.
  • Providing timely information on possible criticality/delay related to finish goods arrival/shipment.
  • Collecting information from different data sources and producing value-added analysis in response to business or line manager needs.

What are we looking for?

  • Completed or ongoing Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree is a plus.
  • Data sensitivity & analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Office Package, especially Excel.
  • Creative and confident with a positive attitude and desire to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Fluency in English and Italian languages.
