The company operates under global strategic brands Ariston, Elco, and Wolf, and other brands such as Calorex, NTI, HTP, Chaffoteaux, Atag, Brink, Chromagen, Racold, Thermowatt, and Ecoflam in the components and burners business.

As a HSE Intern, you will support the HSE Manager in leading operative risk assessment in workplace organization and executing the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) program, particularly for the Safety and Environment Pillars.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Realizing HSE operative instructions and procedures to train employees
  • Monitoring SAF KPIs
  • Supporting the HSE Manager in leading WCM Safety and Environment Pillars
  • Managing HSE Unsafe Act and Unsafe Conditions with line/dept supervisors
  • Supporting line/dept supervisors in identifying anomalies, training people, and expanding HSE culture to workers
  • Supporting in planning, delivering, and checking continuous improvement activities (Kaizens) after root cause analysis sessions

As an ideal candidate, you have a Master's Degree in the Engineering domain or related fields and strong Italian and English language skills.

You have a pragmatic and initiative spirit, organizational and planning skills, ability to work in a team, and to engage and mobilize the wider organization.

You are well-versed in MS Office and have at least basic knowledge of legal safety rules.
