About the Opportunity

In this challenging role, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on JR Italy's sales performance. As a Strategic Sales Performance Manager, you will work closely with the Sales Director to set performance targets, track business opportunities, and develop strategic plans to drive business growth. Your analytical skills and technical expertise will be invaluable in managing and optimizing KPIs, supporting the sales team, and driving customer-centric strategic planning.

  • Sales Performance Optimization: Develop and manage Sales Performance Dashboards to analyze data by region, area, customer, and product, identifying areas for improvement and proposing strategic actions.
  • KPI Management: Act as the control tower for business KPIs, proactively monitoring, managing, and updating key performance indicators. Collaborate with the Sales Administration and Finance departments to prepare reports and support materials for internal meetings.
  • Geomarketing Initiatives: Conduct geomarketing activities to identify new opportunities, analyze market trends, and propose strategic actions, acting as an intermediary between Marketing and Sales for price benchmarking initiatives.

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong analytical background, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams. A degree in a scientific discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent) and minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role are required, along with technical skills including proficiency in Office Tools, Power BI, and Google Suite, programming languages, and fluent Italian and English language skills.
