We are looking for a Sales Performance Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude, and have a proven track record in managing revenue growth through solution sales and new business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Build a strategic Sales Plan that supports activities throughout the year.
  • Client Consultation and Advice: Provide expert advice and guidance to prospective clients on relevant subjects, including copyright, best practices, and industry expertise.
  • Sales Lead Generation: Utilize core sales techniques, including lead generation, presentations, product demonstrations, trial management, proposal writing, negotiation, and closing.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Sales Cycle Experience: Ability to assess opportunities strategically and create a pipeline of profitable business.
  • Native Language and Market Knowledge: Native Italian speaker and knowledge of the Italian market.
  • English Proficiency: Proficiency in English is preferred.
