About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Retail Sales to join our team at Vendezvotrevoiture. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing and leading our sales force dedicated to the B2C market.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Team Leaders, supporting them in their work with inside sales representatives responsible for the telephone sales of used cars.
  • Oversee the sales team's performance by monitoring key KPIs such as outbound and inbound calls; develop an organized structure for outbound calls, defining precise intervals for lead follow-ups and ensuring process effectiveness.
  • Continuously monitor existing KPIs, identify new success metrics, and ensure the teams meet the defined targets.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, improve processes, and implement targeted corrective actions.
  • Provide continuous feedback and coaching to improve the skills and performance of Team Leaders and inside sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with other company departments to ensure efficient workflows aligned with strategic goals.
