Sales Force Automation Specialist

At Würth Phoenix, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Force Automation Specialist to join our team of international implementation projects. As a Business Consultant for our SFA-solution, you will participate in driving business process optimization and digital transformation within the wholesale industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze customer business processes related to Sales & Marketing inside the Würth Group;
- Collect and evaluate business requirements for optimization possibilities;
- Design innovative solutions to enhance business efficiency;
- Organize trainings and workshops for customers;
- Support customers throughout the project lifecycle;
- Manage accounts and support assigned customers;
- Provide consultancy on new software releases and functionalities.
- Strong interest in consulting business and process optimization;
- Outstanding analytical and communication skills;
- Good team player and high customer orientation;
- Willingness to travel;
- Fluency in German, good Italian and English language skills;
- Familiarity with wholesale business processes or professional experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Collaboration with a qualified and engaged team of consultants;
- Involvement in international IT consulting projects inside the Würth Group;
