**JOB PURPOSE**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Specialist to join our pharmaceutical team in Milan, Italy.
In this role, you will play a critical role in optimizing the performance of our sales force within the specialty and primary care therapeutic areas.
Your expertise in SFE strategies and data analytics will be instrumental in driving the success of our sales team.
**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**:
Sales Force Performance Analysis:
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor insights to evaluate the effectiveness of the sales force.
Identify key performance metrics and develop KPIs to assess the performance of the sales team.
SFE Strategy Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement SFE strategies tailored to the specialty and primary care therapeutic areas.
Create data-driven recommendations for improving sales force productivity and efficiency.
Territory and Resource Allocation:
Optimize territory design and resource allocation to ensure that sales representatives are effectively covering their assigned regions.
Utilize data analysis to determine the appropriate sales force size and structure.
Training and Development:
Work with the training department to develop training programs and materials that enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Monitor and assess the impact of training initiatives on sales performance.
Incentive Compensation Design:
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to design and manage incentive compensation plans that motivate and reward sales representatives.
Ensure that compensation plans are aligned with business objectives and Corporate principles.
Technology and Tools:
Evaluate and recommend sales force automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics solutions to improve sales effectiveness.
Provide support and training to sales representatives on the use of these tools.
Market Research:
Conduct market research and customer segmentation to identify opportunities for growth in the specialty and primary care therapeutic areas.
Provide insights and recommendations to marketing and sales teams based on research findings.
**REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND BEHAVIOURS**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Salesforce, and data visualization software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of specialty and primary care therapeutic areas is a plus.
- Knowledge of OCE IQVIA CRM and Power BI is a plus.
