About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Expert to join our team at Swarovski. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Wholesale channels, ensuring seamless order processing, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for administrative queries, including missing/damaged parcels, product availability, credit and stock returns, orders, and invoices.
- Process orders, track deliveries, and manage backorders, credit/debit notes, and EDI order processing.
- Act as a key user for B2C systems, including SAP, SRP, EPOS, and Kronos/Quinix.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of CRM systems, including loyalty member data.
- Manage stock recall or returns, from securing initial authorization to handling correct input and approval in SAP.
About You
We are looking for a talented individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment or a similar customer service role in a Consumer Goods Business with SAP know-how.
