**Job Description**

Stiamo cercando un Cyber Security Specialist per il ruolo di Customer Success and Relationship Management in un Cyber Security Defence Center di una grande realtà nazionale.

**Responsabilità**

Le principali responsabilità del candidato saranno:

  • Conoscere a fondo le esigenze e gli obiettivi del Cliente;
  • Essere in grado di rispondere alle domande del Cliente e fornire informazioni sullo stato del servizio;
  • Costituire l'interfaccia per il servizio per dati e le informazioni sia di tipo tecnico, sia di tipo organizzativo sia in relazione all'andamento delle attività;
  • Fornire ed illustrare al Cliente i report analitici e di dettaglio sui sistemi, i servizi e le forniture;
  • Monitorare, valutare ed adeguare costantemente la qualità dei servizi erogati, controllare gli SLA in ambito sicurezza informatica;
  • Lavorare a stretto contatto con i team del Cyber Security Operations Center ed assicurare un adeguato flusso di informazioni;
  • Promuovere la collaborazione e la comunicazione interna;
  • Identificare le opportunità di miglioramento dei servizi;
  • Comunicare in modo chiaro, efficace e tempestivo;
  • Assumere un atteggiamento positivo e proattivo.

**Requisiti**

Il candidato ideale sarà in possesso delle seguenti qualifiche:

  • Laurea in materie STEM;
  • Conoscenza approfondita dei processi, procedure e politiche di un Cyber Security Operations Center;
  • Conoscenza approfondita degli strumenti e delle attività tecniche di un Cyber Security Operations Center;
  • Conoscenza approfondita delle tecniche di Project Management;
  • Gradite certificazioni in ambito project management o in ambito sicurezza informatica.

**Trattamento Economico**

Il trattamento economico sarà commisurato alle competenze e seniority del candidato.
