About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team to develop and execute business strategies, leverage your expertise in outside sales to drive results, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Pursue and negotiate with potential customers to secure new business deals.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Carrier Global Corporation's products and services, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
