About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Manager to join our team at JLL. As a Data Center Manager, you will be responsible for managing the design, procurement, and construction of critical infrastructure projects, including data centers, hospitals, and oil and gas plants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the design evolution, procurement strategy definition, and process promotion for all vendors related to the project.
  • Coordinate and manage planning, economics, quality, and health and safety for the project.
  • Develop and implement project strategies, procedures, and communications.
  • Manage and control the commissioning of the works.
  • Collaborate with customers to raise risks and possible mitigations or solutions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction management of critical infrastructure projects.
  • 10 years of experience in the construction sector.
  • Essential knowledge of laws and regulations related to building construction.
  • Analysis capacity for risk detection and solution proposal.
  • Leadership capacity to achieve objectives and milestone compliance.
  • Collaborative and team worker.
  • Good communication and management skills of multidisciplinary work teams.
  • Essential good level of spoken and written English and Italian.
