Marketing Strategist for International Orthopedic Solutions

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and prioritizing customer needs, defining product vision regionally, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to achieve department goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Monitor market data, analyze competitors, and support pricing strategy development.
- Product Development: Collaborate with upstream functions to analyze competitors and product configurations.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Prioritize product and customer requirements, support regional product strategy, and collaborate with RD, sales, and marketing.
- Marketing Activities: Coordinate promotional initiatives and industry conferences/conventions.
- Product Support: Contribute to marketing planning through analysis of marketing plans, competitor sales strategies, and market research.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with local marketing teams to develop support materials for field staff.
- MEDical Education: Contribute to training activities according to the relevant RACI matrix.
- KOL and Consultant Management: Develop and manage relationships with key international opinion leaders and centers of excellence.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in marketing and communications, Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- At least 5+ years of experience in the orthopedic or medical device industry, with a background in marketing or a combination of marketing and sales.
- Excellent knowledge of English; Italian, German, or French as a plus.
