Descrizione del ruoloIl Cost Controller - Computista supporterà il Responsabile dell'Area Controllo e Gestione Costi nelle seguenti attività:
- Redazione di computi metrici estimativi e stime parametriche;
- Elaborazione di analisi di nuove voci di costo;
- Verifica di computi metrici estimativi prodotti da progettisti esterni/appaltatori;
- Redazione di Capitolati Speciali d'Appalto e Specifiche Tecniche;
- Redazione di documentazione tecnico-economica di sintesi dei computi metrici;
- Gestione interfaccia modelli 3D con computi metrici (esportazione e importazione dati da modello);
- Coordinamento interno e con società esterne nell'impostazione e gestione delle attività.
Per questo ruolo si richiede:
- Diploma di Geometra o Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Edile/Civile;
- Iscrizione al rispettivo Albo;
- Esperienza minima di due anni nell'ambito della progettazione di opere civili (stime, computi, redazione nuovi prezzi);
- Conoscenza dei seguenti programmi: Primus, STR, AutoCAD, Revit;
- Utilizzo avanzato del pacchetto Office e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
