We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, answering inquiries about gym operations and policies, and performing various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the gym
  • Provide assistance to members with inquiries about gym operations and policies
  • Perform various administrative duties, including cash processing and data entry
  • Participate in general cleanliness of the club daily
  • Assist with community outreach and marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • Current CPR Certification
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and members
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and cash processing procedures
  • Computer skills
