- Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.
- Process payments, handle guest complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide recommendations for local attractions and services.
Requirements:
- Experience with front desk operating systems, such as Micros Fidelio Opera.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
