About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead engineering projects in accordance with established schedules and budgets. As a Project Manager, you will provide support for capital planning and project execution, as well as assist in the change management process by serving as the engineering representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and/or provide support to project execution within the Engineering department
  • Coordinate project teams during the entire life-cycle of a Project, including feasibility studies, vendor selection, scheduling, installation, commissioning, and qualification
  • Support the engineering department for the delivery of compliant and robust engineered solutions to improve efficiency of systems and equipment based upon best practices
  • Support the planning and execution of site capital investment projects to ensure that projects are on time and on budget
  • Support the request and approval process for capital funding
  • Guarantee the adequate project cost and cash-flow management, by supporting the forecasting process
  • Participate in coordination and supervision of external suppliers in the execution of the Project
  • Lead and/or support change management process, including risk assessment execution and monitoring of quality-related activities
  • Manage alternative solutions and/or support investigations in case of deviations during the execution of the Project

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering (preferred in industrial topics: Chemistry, Electric, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience in engineering and adequate knowledge of systems, equipment, facilities, automation is required
  • At least five years of experience in the role of project manager within a pharmaceutical operations/manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and coaching skills
  • Project management skills
  • Fluency in English (both written and oral)
