Store & Event Designer

Officine Panerai is seeking a highly skilled Store & Event Designer to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging store experiences that showcase our luxury watches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop design concepts for pop-up stores, shop windows, and visual merchandising materials
  • Estimate and execute design projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
  • Support the visual merchandising team in material production and supplier management
  • Collaborate with global teams to design local events and customer projects
  • Design visual displays, pop-ups, and events (hubs, SIHH, special booths)
  • Support event layout and installations
  • Develop creative briefs for events in coordination with internal departments
  • Review event design proposals and ensure brand identity compliance
  • Analyze technical details and overall quality of elements
  • Oversee production to ensure quality and aesthetic outcome
  • Produce event guidelines for regional and local executions
  • Establish relationships with company departments and external agencies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Design or Architecture
  • 2+ years experience in a similar position in a brand company or communication agency
  • Proficiency in software such as Rhinoceros, Keyshot, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
  • Strong aesthetic sense and creativity
  • Ability to work in a team and flexibility
  • Fluency in Italian and English
Interview Process:

The interview process will consist of four stages: introductory call, HR interview, Head of Store Design & Planning interview, and a potential additional interview/business case with peers.
