Store Project Manager

Officine Panerai is seeking a highly skilled Store Project Manager to join our dynamic SDP team. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for the management of whole design/development process of new openings and renovations at a Panerai global level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all design processes from concept phase to opening
  • Coordinate with local architects and departments for new openings
  • Support subsidiaries and colleagues in budget control and cost summary
  • Estimate and execute drawings to ensure proper process on each project
  • Ensure proper maintenance of existing points of sales
  • Manage tendering processes with local markets
  • Research and negotiate with new suppliers
Requirements:
  • Master's in architecture or design degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in retail, project management, and design
  • Knowledge of main software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad 2d/3d, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Focused on detail and high quality of result, capable of proposing creative and innovating solutions
  • Result-oriented and strong in project management and collaborating with other creative teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Available to travel worldwide
  • Knowledge of luxury industry is a plus
Interview Process:

The interview process will consist of four stages: introductory call, interview with HR department, interview with Head of Store Design & Planning, and an additional interview/business case with peers.
