Store Project Manager

Officine Panerai is seeking a highly skilled Store Project Manager to join our dynamic SDP team. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for the management of the design and development process of new openings and renovations at a Panerai level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the design process from concept to opening, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Collaborate with local architects and departments to ensure technical processes are executed correctly.
  • Support subsidiaries and colleagues in controlling budgets and final cost summaries.
  • Estimate and execute drawings to ensure a proper process on each project.
  • Ensure a proper level of maintenance for existing points of sales.
  • Manage tendering processes with local markets.
  • Research and negotiate with new suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in architecture or design.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in retail, project management, and design.
  • Proficiency in main software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad 2d/3d, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Focused on detail and high-quality results, capable of proposing creative and innovative solutions.
  • Result-oriented and strong in project management and collaboration with other creative teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Available to travel worldwide.
  • Knowledge of the luxury industry is a plus.
Interview Process:

The interview process will consist of four stages: an introductory call, an interview with our HR department, an interview with the Head of Store Design & Planning, and an additional interview/business case with peers.
