Join Our Team as a Store & Event Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Store & Event Designer to join our team at Officine Panerai. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning store designs, events, and visual merchandising materials that reflect the brand's image and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop design concepts for pop-up stores, shop windows, and visual merchandising materials that align with the brand's aesthetic and tone of voice.
  • Estimate and execute design projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Support the visual merchandising team in the production and management of external suppliers and vendors.
  • Collaborate with global teams to design local events and customer-made projects, ensuring consistency and brand compliance.
  • Design visual displays, pop-ups, and events (hubs, SIHH, special booths) that showcase the brand's image and values.
  • Support the layout for setting up local events and conduct local surveys to ensure event installations meet brand standards.
  • Develop creative briefs for events in coordination with internal departments and provide technical documentation.
  • Review event design proposals, ensuring brand identity and compliance with event concepts, tone of voice, and type of event.
  • Analyze technical details and overall quality of elements, considering budget constraints.
  • Oversee the production phase to ensure quality and aesthetic outcomes, ensuring excellence in execution and compliance with project brief, timing, and budget.
  • Produce event guidelines that scale global events down to regional and local executions, supporting regional and local teams.
  • When needed, create spatial designs and deliver accurate design packages and compelling documentation for event production, coordinating external consultants and suppliers.
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with company departments and external agencies and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Design or Architecture.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position in a brand company or communication agency.
  • Proficiency in software such as Rhinoceros, Keyshot, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
  • Strong sensibility to the image, aesthetic taste, and creativity.
  • Ability to work in a team and flexibility.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
