Store & Events Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Store & Events Designer to join our team in Milan, responsible for designing and developing pop-up stores, merchandising materials, and special projects for Panerai.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative design concepts for pop-up stores, shop windows, and visual merchandising materials that align with Panerai's brand identity.
  • Estimate and check executive drawings to ensure a proper process on each project, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
  • Support the visual merchandising team in materials production and management of external suppliers and vendors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with Panerai subsidiaries on visual design of local events and customer-made local projects, promoting a cohesive brand experience.
  • Design visually stunning displays, pop-ups, and events (hubs, SIHH, special booths) that captivate audiences and drive brand engagement.
  • Support the layout for setting up local events, ensuring seamless execution and a polished finish.
  • Conduct local surveys to follow event installations when requested, guaranteeing a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Develop creative briefs for events in coordination with other internal departments, ensuring a unified brand message and cohesive event experience.
  • Provide technical documentation (tender documents, presentations, mood boards, etc.) to support event planning and execution.
  • Review event design proposals submitted by event agencies, focusing on brand identity and compliance with event concept, tone of voice, and type of event.
  • Analyze technical details and overall quality of elements, considering budget constraints and ensuring a high level of quality and aesthetic appeal.
  • Oversee the production phase to ensure quality and aesthetic outcome, ensuring excellence in execution and full compliance with project brief, timing, and budget.
  • Produce event guidelines that scale global events down to regional and local executions, supporting regional and local teams in delivering a consistent brand experience.
  • Create spatial designs and deliver accurate design packages and compelling documentation for event production, coordinating external consultants and suppliers.
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with company departments and external agencies and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Design or Architecture.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position in a brand company or communication agency.
  • Proficiency in Rhinoceros, Keyshot, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office (excellent PowerPoint skills a plus).
  • Strong sensibility to image, aesthetic taste, and creativity.
  • Ability to work in a team and flexibility.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
