Store Project Manager

Officine Panerai is seeking a highly skilled Store Project Manager to join our dynamic SDP team. This is a fixed-term contract opportunity that will allow you to be part of the Panerai world and contribute to the management of our global retail network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the design and development process of new openings and renovations at a Panerai global level.
  • Work with subsidiaries to ensure building site management and maintenance of boutiques, shops in shop, and corners.
  • Support the Head of Store Design & Planning in following all design processes from concept to opening.
  • Estimate and execute drawings to ensure a proper process on each project.
  • Follow up on existing points of sale to ensure a proper level of maintenance.
  • Manage tendering processes with local markets.
  • Create and update technical books such as millworks and lights.
  • Research and manage negotiations with new suppliers.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in architecture or design.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in retail, project management, and design.
  • Knowledge of main software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad 2d/3d, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Focused on detail and high quality of results, capable of proposing creative and innovative solutions.
  • Result-oriented and strong in project management and collaborating with other creative teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Available to travel worldwide.
  • Knowledge of luxury industry is a plus.
Interview Process

The interview process will consist of four stages:

  • 1st Stage: Introductory call with our recruitment team.
  • 2nd Stage: Interview with our HR department.
  • 3rd Stage: Interview with the Head of Store Design & Planning.
  • 4th Stage: Additional interview/business case with peers.
