Join Our Team as a Store & Event Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Store & Event Designer to join our team at Officine Panerai. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning store designs and events that showcase our brand's unique style and sophistication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop design concepts for pop-up stores, shop windows, and visual merchandising materials
  • Estimate and execute design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Support the visual merchandising team in the production and management of external suppliers and vendors
  • Collaborate with global teams to design local events and customer-made projects
  • Design visual displays, pop-ups, and events that align with our brand's image and tone
  • Develop creative briefs for events in coordination with internal departments
  • Review event design proposals and ensure compliance with brand identity and event concept
  • Analyze technical details and overall quality of elements, considering budget constraints
  • Oversee the production phase to ensure quality and aesthetic outcome
  • Produce event guidelines for global, regional, and local executions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Design or Architecture
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position in a brand company or communication agency
  • Proficiency in software such as Rhinoceros, Keyshot, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
  • Strong sensibility to image, aesthetic taste, and creativity
  • Ability to work in a team and flexibility
  • Fluency in Italian and English
Interview Process:

We will conduct a multi-stage interview process to assess your skills and experience. The process will include an introductory call, interview with our HR department, interview with the Head of Store Design & Planning, and an additional interview/business case with peers.
