Job Description:

Randstad Italia Spa is seeking a highly skilled Stylist Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our fashion department, you will be responsible for guiding and coordinating the creative and stylistic aspects of our collections and products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the development of our collections
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate commercial agreements for sample and production purchases
Participate in trade shows and events to stay up-to-date on market trends
Identify and analyze market trends and consumer behavior
Collaborate with our sales team to gather feedback on products
Create mood boards for collections and develop new product structures, themes, materials, colors, and packaging
Monitor and control the progress of our collections, ensuring timely completion and quality control
Collaborate with our product office to develop technical specifications and product details

Requirements:

Proven experience in the fashion industry
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Proficient in English language
Proficient in computer software and tools
Strong problem-solving skills
