Stylist Assistant

Job Description:

Randstad Italia Spa is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Stylist Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the creative and stylistic aspects of our fashion collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of fashion collections
Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate commercial agreements for sample and production purchases
Participate in trade shows and events
Identify market trends and analyze consumer behavior
Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback on products
Create mood boards for collections
Develop new collection structures, themes, materials, colors, and labeling
Monitor collection progress and ensure timely completion
Ensure quality control of samples
Collaborate with the product office to create technical specifications and product details

Requirements:

Proven experience in the fashion industry
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent English language skills
Proficiency in computer software
Strong problem-solving skills
