Job Description Summary

At Avio Aero, a GE Aerospace Company, we're redefining the power of flight with over 100 years of innovation. We're seeking an experienced, talented, and highly motivated individual with in-depth knowledge of the aerospace industry, exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, and experience across strategy, analytics, marketing, and business development to fill a Senior Marketing Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and support across the organization to align market requirements and evolutions with Avio Aero's strategy creation and execution.
  • Analyze technical and industrial developments and contribute to the creation of Avio Aero's value proposition and support the sales team.
  • Assess Avio Aero's competitiveness on the market and identify new business opportunities and additional leverages for competitiveness.

Requirements

  • Engineering Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the aerospace industry with a specific focus on engines market.
  • Strong experience in the aerospace industry.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Technical attitude to understand products trends and developments and capability to support value proposition creation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
  • International exposure.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required.
