Senior National Sales Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior National Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the US. As a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies aligned with division objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with division objectives
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Build monthly and quarterly retail & wholesale programs
- Manage a high-performing sales team (14) and drive individual accountability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealer partners
- Provide solutions to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, monitor performance against targets
- Work with marketing teams on Voice of Customer research to adjust sales strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales activities with overall business objectives
- Implement sales enablement initiatives to increase efficiency and expand market share
Requirements:
- 10+ years of field sales experience required
- 5+ years of equipment sales experience through independent dealers required
- National sales leadership experience overseeing a team of 5 or more required
- Strong background creating retail and wholesale promotional programs required
- Willingness and ability to travel 50-60% (typically by air)
