Responsibilities
  • Ensure continuous operation of essential IT functions, including operating systems, security tools, applications, and servers.
  • Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones.
  • Execute systems and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration to ensure components meet business needs and work together seamlessly.
  • Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues.
  • Support and train employees in using software and hardware, providing technical support when needed.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies, hardware, and software to assess their potential impact and relevance to organizational needs.
Qualifications & Skills
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT, or relevant certifications.
  • Previous professional experience in IT in a similar position.
  • In-depth knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools.
  • Customer- and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, German, and Italian.
