About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team at Alpitronic. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing top-notch support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones
  • Design, implement, test, and administer systems and networks to meet business needs
  • Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot performance issues
  • Provide technical support and training to employees on software and hardware
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, hardware, and software to assess their impact on our organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT, or relevant certifications
  • Previous professional experience in IT in a similar position
  • In-depth knowledge of operating systems, current equipment, and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools
  • Customer- and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Excellent knowledge of English, German, and Italian
