**Job Summary**

Marposs is seeking a highly skilled Intellectual Property Specialist to join our Research and Development Department. As an Intellectual Property Specialist, you will play a crucial role in protecting and enhancing the company's intellectual property assets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct thorough analyses of technical solutions to assess patentability and third-party rights
  • Contribute to the preparation of patent applications in Italy and abroad
  • Manage examination procedures related to patent applications
  • Participate in the day-to-day management of the office

**Requirements**

  • University technical degree in electronic, electrical, or mechanical engineering
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering, and electronics, particularly in emerging technologies such as electric mobility, batteries, and artificial intelligence
  • Proficiency in German and/or Chinese languages
  • Experience in industrial property law and procedures
